Hello, I’m Benjamin. I’m based in Northern California and provide teletherapy to teens and adults throughout the state.
My approach centers on collaborative goal-setting, strengthening hope, and helping clients navigate the uncertainty that comes with meaningful change. I integrate principles of cognitive behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and somatic therapies to tailor treatment to each individual.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, academic and work-related stress, relationship concerns, men’s mental health challenges, and major life transitions. I also provide cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals experiencing early psychosis.
